Dear Colleagues, I am writing to invite you to participate in CAST's programming activities during the upcoming AIChE meeting in San Francisco next week. There are five programming meetings, one for each subarea, scheduled as follows: Monday 11 am - noon: Area 10a programming meeting in Continental 4 (Hilton) Tuesday 11 am - noon: Area 10c programming meeting in Continental 8 (Hilton) Tuesday 6 pm - 6:45 pm: Area 10b programming meeting in Union Square 10 (Hilton) Wednesday 11 am - noon: Area 10d programming meeting in Continental 8 (Hilton) Wednesday 6 pm - 7 pm: Area 10e programming meeting in Union Square 11 (Hilton) Come and participate in the planning of future conferences and sessions. These conferences include future annual AIChE meetings, for which session chairs and topics will be proposed. In addition, there will be discussions about other conferences sponsored by CAST. For instance, the 10a programming meeting will include a presentation of plans for and invitation to participate in the 2014 FOCAPD conference. Best wishes, Nick Sahinidis
