Subject: Lab Volunteer Needed Description: An individual is needed to help with the maintenance of our research laboratory. Lab duties include the following: washing glassware, filling pipette tip boxes, autoclaving, maintenance of equipment, and other tasks as assigned. Student should have enough time in their schedule to show up for at least 6 hours per week. Experience is not necessary, training will be provided. Reliability and punctuality is an absolute must as these activities keep the lab running smoothly. Students can but are not expected to work during the winter/summer. This is a ** Volunteer Lab Support Position ** not a Research Position. However, experience learned can be used in future lab work.
