Registration is now open http://icss.ist.psu.edu/index.html

In studying the Science of Science, researchers study aspects of the research process itself. Moving beyond bibliometric studies, science of science studies analyze large-scale datasets to model what occurs during the scientific process and help answer these questions:

The Science of Science involves social scientists, information and computer scientists, economists, physicists and mathematicians, with results published in venues with non-overlapping readership.

The findings impact program directors, publishers, researchers, industry, and grant-making institutions.

This two-day event involves stakeholders seeking to learn how to apply recent findings from the science of science research in their organizations.

This program is supported by the NSF Science of Science and Innovation Policy program, and therefore is free of registration fees.
