The Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) is hosting a Town Hall
event at the University Health Center open to *ALL* students on
*Wednesday, March
29 at 5:30pm! *All attendees will be encouraged to share their experiences,
concerns, and suggestions regarding the Mental Health services offered by
the University Health Center. The Mental Health Director of the UHC will
also join us to hear your concerns and participate in our robust discussion
on campus mental health.
At this Town Hall, we will explain the University Health Center's
Mental Health system in detail. We will also list other resources for
mental health care around our community. Suggestion boxes will be on
location for those who would like to contribute their thoughts anonymously.
Your input is critical to SHAC's mission to improve the University
Health Center's policies on behalf of all UMD students. We hope you will
attend our Town Hall so that we may best represent your interests.
