Subject: De-Stress the Test: Yoga with UAID

Exams are on the horizon, and you’re exhausted from studying. You need a
study break! Join UAID as we unwind from our stressful studies and enjoy a
mindful yoga session in the peaceful Memorial Chapel Garden of Reflection and
Remembrance. Research indicates that yoga can improve blood flow throughout
your brain, promoting both cognitive function and relaxation. So if you are
struggling with a difficult concept, this may be the event you need to get it

Positive attitudes and healthy food will be provided, but yoga mats might not
be, so please try to bring your own. If you do not own a yoga mat, but would
still like to attend, you can use a soft towel as a replacement, or simply
come to enjoy the beautiful garden.
