As an entry-level Systems Administrator, you will: •Provide hands-on technical support to over 200 users •Install & maintain Windows-based software and operating systems •Support connectivity of devices and other routine network administration duties •Work with the systems team to solve complex & challenging technical issues •Perform other user & network support related duties as assigned To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements: •BA/BS from a U.S. DOE accredited institution or AA/AS w/equivalent experience •2.9+ GPA •0-2 years of related professional experience •Proficiency with Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems •Familiarity with Microsoft System Center a plus •Demonstrated strong verbal & written communication skills •Demonstrated ability to relay technical information to users in layman terms •Demonstrated strong problem-solving & analytical skills •Demonstrated customer service skills •Excellent attention to detail & organization skills •Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, & work within a team •Strong presentation skills preferred •Ability to obtain & maintain a Level 5 Public Trust security clearance If this sounds like the right position for your career, apply today at: https://www.imsweb.com/employment/job.description.php?position=21132.
