Hello!

I am a doctoral student at the College of Information Studies, University
of Maryland, in College Park, Maryland. I am conducting research on how
individuals with one or more chronic health conditions seek out various
local resources in their communities to manage their health and potential
opportunities to improve this process through new technologies. I am
currently recruiting adults aged 18 years or older who have one or more
chronic health conditions for a new study.

I would like to invite you to participate in an online card-sorting
exercise. The study takes approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. I would
like your feedback on the design of an online health information system.
The proposed system would allow users to share information on local
resources in their communities that can help them to manage their chronic
health condition(s). The proposed system would also allow users to find
information other individuals have shared on local resources they have used
to manage their own chronic health condition(s).

Please complete the following screening questionnaire
<https://umdsurvey.umd.edu/jfe/form/SV_0AIoAtywkkYf6Vn> if you are
interested in participating in this study. I would also be happy to answer
any questions you have or provide any additional information you need.

Please also feel free to forward this invitation to any other eligible
individuals you think might be interested in participating.

Thank you so much for considering participating in this study and I look
forward to hearing from you!

Sincerely,
Gagan Jindal
