Subject: JOB: Looking for UTAs BSCI202, 160/161, 170/171 Description: Looking for UTAs for the following courses: 1. BSCI202: Section 1101, Monday 5pm-7:50pm. Need to be available for lecture Tu and Th 9:30am-10:45am and prep meeting Fr 11am-1pm. 2. BSCI170/171: Need to be available for all the lectures of one of the BSCI170 sections, available to teach a lab, and the prep meeting Fr 2-3pm. 3. BSCI160/161: Need to be available for all the lectures of one of the BSCI160 sections, available to teach a lab, and the prep meeting Fr 2-3pm. All new UTAs are also required to attend a one-credit teaching seminar Wed 2-3pm. This is paid position, $1,500 per semester. The position requires around 10 hrs. of work per week. Min requirements: Junior or Senior student, GPA 3.5 or above, and grade B+ or above in the course you would like to teach (AP credit students need to have an B+ or above in the next higher level course). Teaching experience preferable but not required.
