The Call for Abstracts for the 2020 AIChE Annual Meeting is open.

Please consider submitting your work for presentation in one of the many CAST sponsored sessions and encourage your students and research associates to do so.
The submission deadline is April 8, 2020.

Please note the AIChE rule of a maximum of three oral presentations by any individual.

Please remember that the abstract serves two purposes:
1. the review process. Each paper is typically reviewed by three reviewers, including the session chairs. They recommend papers to the area chairs based on quality of the abstract and suitability to the session.
2. solicit interest for your talk if accepted.
We do not have fixed requirements for the abstract. In particular, you do not need to make use of the full allowed length by confex.
We do however expect to know the contents of your planned talk, including methods and results. We also do recommend that you include references to relevant state of the art. If a figure helps the reader to know what to expect from your talk, please do include it.
