The Enoch Pratt Free Library is looking for someone to manage the Best and Next Department (Audio-Visual) in the Central Library in Baltimore.

The position pays $72,200 to start, is state-funded, and will begin this summer before re-opening to the public. 

The candidate we are looking for should have a master's degree in any field, a passion for film and music, and the capability to manage a library department. The job does not require a lot of work experience in a library setting, although this would be helpful. The right candidate will know current audio-visual equipment, or the interest and ability to learn about all of our new "toys."
