Subject: Harry Potter Yoga


Join us for an online  Harry Potter Yoga session.
Yoga helps prepare us for deep meditation. The practice of Yoga & Meditation
helps us create balance,
well-being, strength, focus, self-awareness, relaxation, and clarity.

During this 75 minute class, you will be led through gentle yoga postures
with special postures from our favorite Harry Potter characters.
It will be followed by breathing exercises and meditation.

You will also have an opportunity to learn about the SKY Happiness Retreat,
the signature retreat that introduces the evidence-backed SKY Breath
technique. The retreat is a smooth blend of yoga, meditation, and practical
wisdom. This event is brought to you by SKY at UMD club.
