Join us for an hour-long session of Games, Meditation, and Fun! The session
includes breathwork and meditation.
Join us for an hour-long Games Night Session conducted by one of the members
from SKY at UMD club. We will play games, learn breathing techniques to relax
the mind, and do a guided meditation.
We will tell you a bit about the SKY Campus Happiness program—A three-day
mindfulness workshop where students can learn the SKY practice.
