Description: Dr. Ruwani Gunawardane (Dr. G) of the https://centerforbrainmd.com/doctors/ in Fulton, MD is looking for student volunteers in her medical practice. Volunteers get to see interesting neurology patient cases, screen patients for COVID, attach medical documents to electronic medical records, learn to review MRIs, and participate in cognition testing of patients. There are spaces available for this week and next for volunteers in the office (must provide your own transportation) and this is a great intro to start off your clinical experience as a pre-med student.
