Description: The Every Child Project (TECP) is a student org at the University of Maryland that provides free and accessible virtual tutoring to K-12 students and families across Maryland. We’re currently recruiting new volunteer tutors to join our tutoring community! Our services are primarily geared towards helping bolster student skills in foundational, core subjects (such as math, reading, writing), to improve their chances of success in secondary and higher education. No prior experience in teaching or tutoring is required, and new tutors have access to a variety of resources and enrichment events, as well as our community of current tutors for support. Time commitment for tutoring is as little as 1 hour a week, and all tutoring is conducted over Zoom.
