Rockville Pediatric Dental is looking to add an assistant to our dynamic team. Our team has 5 former UMD graduates, one of which was accepted to dental school at the University of Maryland
recently. Last year we successfully mentored team members that started dental and dental hygiene schools at the University of Maryland.
Both team members spoke highly of their experience in our office.
Mentorship is available from our team of assistants, hygienists, and from Drs. Horng and Alshami.
Dr. Horng has been a clinical instructor in the Division of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry for over a decade, which allows him to provide insight into the application process as well as offer tips for success in the dental profession. He routinely mentors dental students, dentists, and pediatric dental residents.
Our office enjoys a fantastic reputation within the dental profession and within our local community. We are looking for a hard-working team member with a passion to learn and who enjoys working with kids. The ideal candidate is one that is planning on taking a gap year between college and dental school.
We are hoping to add a team member this spring/summer.
