Integrated Cellular and Molecular Diagnostics (ICMD) is currently seeking a full-time Operations Manager to oversee all non-technical aspects of the laboratory workflow. The right candidate will oversee the daily activities of two colleagues, and perform duties including but not limited to clerical and administrative tasks; logistics, supply, and materials management; quality control and assessment; and management of all patient and provider relations.

Healthcare related experience preferred. Clerical, administrative, and customer service experience required. Must possess a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm, on-site. PTO, Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Supplemental, and 401(k) benefits are available. This is a permanent position. The ideal candidate would be looking to obtain steady, long-term employment in a small clinical setting.
